I’m a certified women’s health, wellness, and transformation coach. My own fitness passion began in a dance class during my difficult teenage years, which later evolved into a deep love for martial arts, eventually earning a black belt alongside my son.
From finance to fitness, I completely transitioned my career to help other women transform. As a competitive bodybuilder, I achieved 1st place in Wellness at age 50, moving on to the Arnold Classic in Seville. I know exactly what it takes to build discipline and rewrite your physical limits.
When menopause and personal loss turned my life upside down in 2023, I experienced
