Nutrition Coach Lorenza on Jules: I worked hand in hand with Jules on rebuilding her nutrition building blocks. She had picked up some bad habits such as constant grazing and unhealthy food choices. Buy rebuilding a solid healthy baseline, tracking macros and being more aware of the food choices she was making, we focused on a higher protein intake and carb timing around training.
She felt more energetic and healthier in herself. The nutrition backed her training in the gym, she felt stronger and more confident to push during the sessions.
